How Do I Get Started? Getting started is easy. Click on the "Get Started Link" below, to download the fillable "Permit Worksheet Form", provide your name, the address, a brief description of your project with your contact information and email it back to us. Please identify if you are the property Owner, Occupant (Lesee), Realtor, Contractor, Architect, or Engineer. With this basic information, we can provide you a quote, and help you begin the permitting process as quickly as possible. Get Started Link

Frequently Asked Questions:

• If you are a Realtor or Homeowner with an unpermitted renovation, addition or structure that requires an "after-the-fact" permits, we can provide rush service. We recommend that you start the process as early as possible with a minimum of 30 to 45 days prior to escrow/closing.
• Don't have drawings for your project? No problem. We also provide drafting services.
• For Design Professionals and Contractors who already have drawings, you may FTP us the pdf copies of your drawing files. Please call or email us for a link to our FTP server or Printing provider.
