    Permits Hawaii' has over 29 yrs in-the-field engineering and construction experience. We are more than permit routers, we are engineers and building code specialists able to negotiate directly with City, State and Federal agencies, saving your project weeks of turn-around time.     What Is an "Emergency & Troubleshooting Consultation"?

    You May Have Bought Or Inherited a Problem

    •  A home inspection or property search revealed unpermitted additions,  structures, or work done by a previous owner;  what do I do?
    • You're  a new buyer and discovered the garage conversion, deck, ADU, or room  addition has no permit on record and you want a credit from the seller for not disclosing it; or the City issued you a violation. 
    • Your lender or appraiser is flagging a permit discrepancy and  threatening to delay or kill your closing
    • You inherited a property and found open or expired permits you didn't know existed.

    Construction Is Stopped or At Risk
